- I injured myself at work. What should I do?
- If you are injured at work, you need to see a doctor to report your work related injury to WorkSafe BC. You need to fill out a form with your information and work information with complete address including postal code. Please bring your WCB claim number if it is available on the day of visit. We highly recommend that WCB patients to see one doctor for continuous care.

- I got into a car accident. What should I do?
- You need to report the accident to ICBC and you will be given a claim number. Please bring the ICBC claim number when you come in to see a doctor. If you are in pain and wish to receive treatments from a chiropractor, acupuncturist and/or massage therapist at the clinic, please provide us with your ICBC claim number and adjustor information (name, direct phone number, and fax number). We will contact your ICBC adjustor for ICBC treatment coverage. For chiropractic treatment, once ICBC program is approved, there is no charge to the patients.
